Self-catering Apartment
For safety reasons we do not put bulk food in the units (e.g. salt, primenta, sugar, etc.)
Check-in time from 15.00 - 00.00 hrs - After 19.00 hrs there are extra charges and availability must be confirmed with the landlord
For check-in after 19.00 hrs there is an extra charge of €20, - between 22.00 hrs and 00.00 hrs there is a charge of €30, -.
For longer stays ( 1 month) we ask for a deposit of 200 Euros cash on arrival.
The deposit or the remainder will be returned on departure after settlement of any claims (e.g. damage to inventory/holiday home and/or other costs).
If the consumption is more than 3.5 euros of electricity and water per day (normal use), the extra charge will be charged.
